Terms and Conditions

1 SCOPE
Only our General Terms and Conditions apply. We do not accept terms that conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions unless we agree to them in writing.

2 CONSTRUCTION OF CONTRACTS
The purchase contract is concluded only after delivery of the goods or after specific written confirmation of the delivery contract. The contract is not concluded by an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the goods.
Although we try to minimize delivery delays and inefficiencies as much as possible by updating our information regularly, we cannot give up on this completely.

Signing of the legal agreement based on the previous item, stating that the competent authority in Germany, the Office for Economic and Export Control (BAFA), has granted the necessary authorization for the sale, supply, transfer and/or export.

3 TRANSPORTATION FEES
The shipping costs depend on the quantity, weight and country of address of the package. The weight and destination of the shipped products are shown in the chart on our page. If you add products to your shopping cart and enter your address, the shipping costs will be displayed to you before you complete your order.
Since the shipping costs for some products and destination countries are very high, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs instead of the fixed prices. However, in such cases we will contact you before shipping the product.

4 PRICES
Prices are fixed and legal VAT is included in the final prices. For products with shipping addresses outside the European Union, the prices indicated are considered the best prices. In some cases, customs duties and taxes may be collected after delivery.
