【Built-in IR Detector】

Hold up to 3L / 13cups of food. For your pet’s happy meal time, the IR detector will have the right angle to prevent the pet food from clogging or overflow. Just be aware that the size of the dry food should not exceed 1 cm⊃3;.

FAQs

1. App can’t pair with the phone.

A. Check the power

Make sure the power adapter is connected properly, including the switch should be on

“l” location, USB cable is plugged in the adapter tightly. Batteries are in the right place.

B. Check the indicator light when the Power switch is on. If the green light is blinking,

the feeder is ready to connect the WiFi. You could connect it again.

C. Check the permission settings: Allow WLAN, Location, Use microphone, Use phone

storage.

D. Check if your router has limitation of numbers of connecting devices.

E. Pairing again.

Long press the “Smart Pet Feeder” and “delete the device”.Do the pairing process

again, make sure you type in the right WiFi password, hear the “Ding-dong” sound

when long-pressing Set button, and hear the“Beep” sound when the camera scans

the QR code.

2. What will it happen when meeting power cut or no Internet connecting?

We suggest you put in the batteries and press the switch to “l” for backup.

With the batteries, the feeder will still follow the setting in the APP to dispense food

3. LED Indicator light status.

A. Normal：red and green lights are normally on.

B. Abnormal Feeding：red light flashes, green light is normally on.

C. Abnormal Network：red light is always on, green light flickers fast.

D. Batteries Powered only：red light is always on, green light is off.

4. The reasons of inaccurate food dispensing.

A. Check if the dispense port is stuck.

B. Insufficient food in the feeder.

C. Size of food is too large.
