Although the packaging was severly damaged, the product itself was not. Everything worked Well. Quick delivery.

Overall, I am satisfied with the functionality of the feeder. However, it was delivered in poor condition like the photos of the damaged box. The product works normally, but I am hearing a rattling noise that a small piece makes inside the bottom of the feeder.
